The role is ideal for candidates looking to move away from site-based work while remaining hands-on within the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain construction workshops for practical teaching sessionsEnsure workshops are fully equipped, organised and ready for deliverySupport students during practical activities and independent study sessionsAssist learners both in the presence and absence of teaching staffMaintain a safe, clean and professional learning environmentMonitor learner behaviour and ensure compliance with college standardsSupport the delivery of high-quality vocational training across construction disciplinesLiaise with teaching staff and managers regarding equipment, resources and workshop requirementsWhat We''re Looking ForConstruction industry experience within a trade area such as Carpentry, Brickwork, Plumbing, Multi-Skills or Property MaintenancePractical workshop experience and strong health and safety awarenessAbility to support ..... full job details .....
