Construction Graduate Central London Construction Graduate Location: Central London Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience Sector: Residential and Commercial Construction An established and growing construction business is looking to appoint a Construction Graduate to join its team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who has completed a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related subject and is looking to begin their career within the construction industry. Working across a range of residential and commercial projects, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and exposure to both the operational and commercial sides of construction. The Role As a Construction Graduate, you will work closely with experienced members of the project and commercial teams, gaining exposure to a variety of responsibilities including: Supporting the delivery of residential and commercial construction projects Assisting with project planning, programming and progress monitoring Supporting Quantity Surveyors with valuations, variations and cost reporting Assisting with procurement and subcontractor management Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation Attending site meetings and assisting with project coordination Supporting the preparation of reports and project documentation Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and other project stakeholders Developing an understanding of ..... full job details .....
