Construction Field Manager

Job Title Construction Field Manager Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Field Manager to lead the delivery of escalator installation, replacement, refurbishment and modernisation projects across the London Underground network and other rail transportation environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, leading installation teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects safely, on time and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects within one of the world''s busiest transport networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in escalator installation and modernisation projects, with some leadership experience, however we''re open to individuals with the technical knowledge that are looking for a step into leadership/management. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project execution. Ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with London Underground standards, company procedures and statutory regulations. Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance. Monitor project progress against programme milestones and implement recovery plans where required.
