Operating nationwide, the company combines hands-on construction expertise with a professional approach to delivering complex projects across commercial, government, healthcare, education and residential sectors.The company undertakes projects valued up to 5 million, delivering refurbishment and new-build schemes alongside commercial fit-out and wider construction works.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out site surveys to assess project requirements, existing site conditions and measurements.Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets and competitive tender submissions for refurbishment and new-build projects valued up to 5 million.Review architectural drawings, specifications and tender documentation to establish project scope and pricing requirements.Undertake detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost breakdowns.Use Bluebeam to review construction drawings, carry out digital measurements and complete quantity take-offs.Source, evaluate and negotiate competitive quotations from subcontractors and material suppliers.Identify commercial risks, cost-saving opportunities and potential value engineering solutions.Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the tender process.Support ..... full job details .....
