The Role The successful candidate will play a key role in securing and delivering profitable projects by producing accurate and competitive estimates across a range of commercial building and property services works. Key responsibilities include: Visiting sites and carrying out detailed assessments. Reviewing tender documentation, drawings, contracts, bills of quantities, and specifications.
