The role involves day-to-day leadership of assessors and tutors, quality assurance, and curriculum development. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate construction apprenticeship provision Line manages and support teaching and assessing staff Ensure high-quality learner experience and outcomes Oversee quality assurance and awarding body compliance Drive innovation aligned with employer needs Requirements: Experience in apprenticeship delivery and assessment (construction preferred) Strong understanding of FE and Apprenticeship Standards Level 3+ vocational qualification and Assessor Award (TAQA/A1) IQA qualification (or willingness to obtain) Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to achieve) ..... full job details .....
