Construction Director

Construction Director Location: North West Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 + Allowance + Package Our client is an established North West residential business with a strong pipeline of current and future developments. As the business enters its next stage of growth, it is investing in its leadership, people and operational capability to create a construction function capable of supporting its long-term ambitions. We''re looking for a Construction Director who''s been through the journey before. Someone who knows how to strengthen a construction function, build the right team, raise standards and put the structure and discipline in place to support growth. This isn''t about inheriting a finished product. There will be challenges to work through, and it will require resilience, energy and determination, but you''ll have the backing, autonomy and influence to shape the function and build something meaningful for the long term. Key Responsibilities: Lead the construction function across multiple residential schemes, ensuring safe, high-quality and timely delivery Oversee the full build lifecycle, embedding strong programme discipline and buildability from pre-construction through to completion Work closely with senior leadership to shape construction strategy, sequencing, logistics and delivery models Build, mentor and develop a high-performing construction team with clear standards, accountability and strong site leadership Collaborate with Commercial, Technical and ..... full job details .....
