As Construction Manager you will be responsible for: Providing strategic and professional guidance to the Contracts Managers, Project Managers and members of the team Lead of all construction aspects of the business'' work Working collaboratively with the Managing Director, project teams and sub-contractors, building strong and trusted working relationships Developing team capabilities and shaping the future strategy The role will also include a significant client facing role where you will establish new relationships and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Requirements: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field (desirable) Extensive experience (10+ years) in residential groundworks subcontracting Previous experience as a Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager or Construction Director Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a background in leading multi-disciplinary teams Client relat...
