Overview

Our client is a nationally recognised developer with a group turnover of 1bn+. Undertaking high-volume traditional housing and high-rise apartments for the high-end of the private market.Responsibilities

Take charge of 500m+ works on medium-to-high-rise RC frame structures, mixed-use schemes within the M25 area.Based out of their office in East London with travel to sites around the M25.Lead planning, pre-construction activities and liaise with client teams, architects and subcontractors.Qualifications

Stable work history gained with a recognised main contractor or developer.Construction Director level experience with strong planning and pre-construction skills.Knowledge of current building regulations and experience liaising with architects and subcontractors.Location and Travel

Based in East London with travel to sites in the M25 area.Salary and Benefits
