The business specialises in new-build residential developments, delivering schemes for Registered Providers, private clients and development partners across the region. This is a senior leadership position, responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of multiple projects and providing direction to the wider construction team. You will work closely with the senior management and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality and programme standards. You will also have an important role in the continued development of the construction function, including improving processes, developing the operational team and ensuring the business has the structure and resource required to support its future workload.
