Thomas Search Ltd are working in partnership with a prestigious Ministry of Defence facilities contractor for the resource of a new Design Manager based in Tidworth. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Pre-Construction process. This involves navigating various stages of design development, ensuring a delicate balance between providing technical guidance, meeting program requirements, and achieving project commercial objectives.
