This is a teaching role focused on delivering a practical, hands-on construction curriculum to small groups of learners who may have experienced disruption to their education. The provision offers a structured, supportive environment where consistency, relationships, and clear routes into employment are paramount. Students are supported to re-engage with learning, develop practical trade skills, and work towards City and Guilds/ Functional skills qualifications (Entry Level 3-Level 2).
