Construction Manager - HomesLocation: To be confirmedSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceReporting to: Construction DirectorJob Type: To be confirmedAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a multi-million-pound design-and-build construction project.The successful candidate will take responsibility for health, safety and environmental (HSandE) compliance, quality assurance, programme delivery, cost control and overall project performance.Working closely with Project Managers, Design Managers, commercial teams, subcontractors and engineering professionals, the Construction Manager will ensure the project is delivered in line with agreed programme milestones, budgets, quality standards and business objectives.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive construction professional with strong project controls experience, commercial awareness and the ability to manage risks, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive project performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management and Delivery Oversee the delivery of a multi-million-pound, cross-functional design-and-build construction project. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements, quality standards, contractual obligations and agreed project programmes.
