Commercial Manager Construction We have a great opportunity for a seasoned construction commercial Manager to join an independent private healthcare developer working on national project, with a solid pipeline of work for 2026/27 circa 150 million. Key responsibilities: Monitor and report on project budgets, cashflow, and overall financial performance to senior leadership. Lead credit control processes, ensuring timely client payments and managing outstanding balances Support project teams with cost analysis, risk management, and commercial decision-making Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation to support financial and contractual compliance Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to safeguard commercial interests Requirements Proven experience as a construction commercial manager Experience in healthcare construction advantageous Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills Able to manage multiple projects and work independently ..... full job details .....
