Construction Cleaner

We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Cleaner to work for an important Construction client of ours. The work is based in the surrounding Birmingham, West Midlands area.

The work involved will be cleaning the site compound facilities including site toilets, and amenities i.e. kitchen/canteen areas, drying rooms and site offices etc.

Duties will include:

• Emptying bins
• Mopping floors
• Vacuuming carpets
• dusting/ cleaning site office areas etc.
• Washing up/ filling up/ emptying the site dishwasher. 
• Candidates will be required to work the following days/ hours per week:
• Monday - Friday: 7am – 17:00pm 
• Previous cleaning experience is essential.

Candidates applying must have:

• (In-date) CSCS Card 
• Driving License

This work will be paid at National minimum wage.

Candidates applying must be prepared to travel to work on different sites around the West Midlands.
