Rullion is partnering with Hinkley Point C, one of the UK''s largest and most technically advanced nuclear construction projects, to recruit a Construction Catalogue Engineer. This role is central to ensuring that all equipment and materials used across the Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC phases of construction are accurately catalogued and managed throughout their lifecycle.

You will join the Maintenance Team within the site Comm-Ops Directorate, working with a multidisciplinary team to oversee the end-to-end catalogue creation process, ensuring data accuracy and enabling seamless procurement, delivery, and installation of materials.

The Opportunity
As a Construction Catalogue Engineer, you will:
* Ensure compliance with catalogue business rules for Asset Suite 9 (AS9) and manage any deviations using a graded approach.
* Lead and support onshore and offshore catalogue teams, providing guidance and validation at key steps in the process.
* Strive for proactive cataloguing to support timely receipt, storage, and installation of materials.
* Support direct-to-site delivery programs, ensuring accurate lifecycle transactions.
* Manage and process Sensitive Nuclear Information.
* Lead an onshore team of engineers and data gatherers responsible for cataloguing bulk and just-in-time materials.
* Support overall lifecycle management from delivery to warehouse through site installation and handover.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a technically competent Cataloguing Engineer with:
* Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
* Strong IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
* Experience working with large datasets and digital materials management tools.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation across a range of material and asset types.
* Previous experience in catalogue creation using an Enterprise Asset Management system.
* Previous experience on the Hinkley Point C project or within nuclear or large-scale industrial projects is highly desirable.
