Construction Assurance Manager Civil

Salary: £55,687.20 - £65,514.00 (DOE)

I''m looking for a Construction Assurance Manager to join the biggest infrastructure project in Europe. This is a heavily site-based role where you''ll provide construction assurance across major civil engineering works, including viaducts, reinforced concrete structures, cuttings, bridge works and other complex infrastructure assets.

Working closely with Project Managers and contractors, you''ll act as the eyes and ears on site, monitoring quality, productivity and programme delivery while ensuring works are carried out safely and in accordance with inspection requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on site and wants to make a genuine impact on project delivery rather than being office based.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience within heavy civil engineering, highways or major infrastructure projects.
• A background as a Construction Manager, Site Supervisor, NEC Supervisor or Clerk of Works.
• Experience overseeing reinforced concrete structures, bridges, viaducts or similar heavy civils works.
• A strong understanding of construction quality assurance and site inspection processes.
• The ability to build strong working relationships with contractors and project teams.
• A full UK driving licence.

Desirable requirements:

• NEC3 or NEC4 Supervisor experience.
• Experience using Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs).
• A valid CSCS card.
• Experience working on large infrastructure or rail projects.
