It is now seeking a Construction Associate Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its Oxford office, handling a broad caseload of both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level Solicitor to work on high-value, complex construction work in a supportive and well-established team.

Key Responsibilities

Dispute Resolution: Handle construction disputes through litigation, arbitration, adjudication and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

Contractual Work: Draft and negotiate construction contracts, development agreements, professional appointments, collateral warranties and security documents

Procurement Advisory: Advise clients on procurement strategies, risk management and compliance with industry standards

Standard Form Contracts: Use and advise on JCT, NEC and FIDIC standard form contracts

Your Profile

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in construction law

Solid experience with both contentious and non-contentious matters

Skilled in working with standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)

A confident communicator and team player

Background in a commercial or specialist construction practice
