Construction Area Coordinator

Title: Coordination Team Floor Manager Start Date: ASAP Duration: 24 Months Hours: 50 Hours per Week Rotation: 10 Days On / 4 Days Off Overview We are currently recruiting for experienced Coordination Team Floor Managers to support ongoing construction of a Nuclear New Build. This is a key coordination role responsible for managing works, space utilisation, access routes, and stakeholder interfaces across designated floor levels to ensure safe and efficient delivery of the programme. Successful candidates will work closely with construction teams, supervisors, permits, temporary works, lifting operations, EHS and client representatives to maintain progress in accordance with site priorities and planning requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all activities on allocated floor levels in line with project priorities and planning requirements.Manage workspace, laydown areas, access routes and pedestrian walkways.Monitor activities and proactively resolve issues, escalating where necessary.Ensure emergency exits, evacuation routes and access ways remain clear and accessible at all times.Engage with construction teams and supervisors to ensure works are executed safely and efficiently.Work collaboratively with other Floor Managers to deliver a coordinated approach across multiple work fronts.Support and, where required, challenge supervisory personnel to ensure activities remain aligned with the agreed plan.Attend daily coordination meetings and weekly planning reviews, ..... full job details .....
