The Role:Supporting students during Construction and Motor Vehicles lessonsProviding 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needsEncouraging positive behaviour and engagement within education and training environmentsAssisting teaching staff with practical and classroom-based activitiesBuilding strong relationships with students to support their development The Ideal Candidate:Previous experience working with young people, SEMH, or within education and training settings is desirableBackground in construction, mechanics, engineering, or motor vehicles would be advantageousCalm, resilient, and proactive approachStrong communication and behaviour management skillsPassion for supporting students within education.
