Construction and Landscaping Supervisor Location: St Albans, HertfordshireCovering: South East EnglandSalary: £45,000-£50,000 per annumJob Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the Role We are looking for an experienced Construction and Landscaping Supervisor to join an established team, based in St Albans and overseeing projects across the South East of England.This is a predominantly construction-focused supervisory role, with responsibility for coordinating site teams, subcontractors and day-to-day works across a variety of projects. The role will also involve overseeing hard and soft landscaping works, so experience within the landscaping sector would be highly advantageous.We are looking for someone who is confident managing people and site operations, understands construction processes and documentation, and can ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites. Manage site operatives, subcontractors and external contractors. Oversee groundworks, construction and hard landscaping activities. Coordinate elements of soft landscaping, including planting, turfing, seeding and general external works. Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and project programmes.
