Construction and Installations Manager

Role: Construction and Installations ManagerLocation: Heathrow AirportSalary: upto £85,000 plus car allowance and excellent personal benefits! We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in conveyor installation projects, to lead the delivery of construction and industrial/material-handling installations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take ownership of site delivery, have stakeholder responsibility, coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely and within budget. The Role: The Construction Leader will be accountable for the day-to-day construction delivery and operational performance of projects across the clients portfolio, acting as the Principal Contractor''s operational representativeon assigned sites. You will ensure full compliance with Construction Plans, RAMS, Permit-to Work systems and airport operational requirements.Responsibilities to include: Lead and coordinate construction and installation activities across multiple airport projects. Manage operational resource deployment and workforce utilisation. Lead construction reviews covering design, permits, materials, logistics, labour and stakeholder approvals. Support mobilisation, execution, commissioning and handover activities. Chair weekly construction coordination meetings and escalation forums.
