Construction and Facilities Project Manager
The UK''s trusted Ministry of Defence partner, our client is seeking an experienced Construction and Facilities Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. This role focuses on driving cost, quality, and performance outcomes while ensuring minimal disruption to operations. You will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects and maintaining efficient, business-critical facilities services across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional project teams, managing both internal stakeholders and external partners from design through to final deliveryOversee the full lifecycle of new infrastructure and improvement projectsDeliver projects across the client''s South East sites, including Stevenage, Henlow, Thurleigh, and LondonManage project portfolios ranging from 50k to 5M+ in valueApply strong project and programme management expertise to drive successful outcomesUtilise problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges and risksEngage and collaborate directly with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery excellence What do you need?: Leadership and DeliveryStrong project leader with excellent people management skillsConfident delivering complex, high-value projectsExperience in project and programme managementDrives best practice and continuous improvementLead multi-disciplinary teams (internal and external)Manage consultants and main contractorsTranslate client needs into practical solutions ..... full job details .....
