Construction Administrator
We are working with a small, growing building company seeking a highly organised and proactive Construction Administrator to support day-to-day project operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination between site teams, suppliers, and clients. Company are based a few miles south of Croydon - Office base role Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain project documentation Coordinate communication between Site teams , subcontractors, and clients Assist with procurement by ordering materials and liaising with suppliers Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements Assist with maintaining accurate records of project costs and budgets Support tender submissions and assist with project handovers Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction or a related industry Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset ..... full job details .....
