This pivotal role supports the smooth operation of construction projects by managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, contracts, and reports
- Coordinate communication between project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Maintain accurate records of project timelines, budgets, and progress
- Support procurement processes and track material deliveries
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and invoice processing
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction administration or a similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
