Consignment & Purchase Ledger Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term
Location: Maidstone
Salary: Up to -28,000 per annum + discretionary bonus, benefits
Working set up: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, Weekend rota as required, Initially office-based; after successful completion of probation, hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 days from home

We are seeking a Consignment & Purchase Ledger Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term. You''ll play a key role in ensuring supplier payments are accurate, timely, and fully aligned with consignment processes.
What You''ll Do:
- Process invoices and capture supplier claims efficiently.
- Manage supplier payments, resolve queries, and monitor statements.
- Ensure all payments are made on time.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Procurement teams to resolve consignment issues.
- Maintain accurate consignment system records and support KPI reporting.

- Experience in a FMCG business.
- Highly organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Confident communicator, able to influence and build strong relationships.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
- Adaptable, assertive, and supportive, driving improvements across the business.
