We are looking for an experienced Conservatory and Building Manager to lead our roofing teams and builders. With sales growing year on year and the group on course for £25 million in sales this year, there''s plenty happening - and plenty of opportunity to make your mark. From conservatory installations and warm roof replacements to associated building works, you''ll manage a varied mix of projects in a fast-paced environment. We need someone who enjoys being involved, keeps teams moving and takes pride in delivering excellent work. The role is Wiltshire-based, where most of our projects are located, with responsibility for teams and installations across both businesses. The role You''ll be the main point of leadership for our roofing teams and builders, taking responsibility for day-to-day planning, progress and standards across multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include: Leading roofing teams and builders, giving clear direction and practical support. Planning schedules, allocating teams and coordinating materials. Managing projects from preparation through to completion and handover. Visiting sites to check progress, workmanship and safe working practices.
