Lead and deliver conservation and high-end residential projects across all RIBA stagesProduce detailed 2D drawings and hand sketches, including construction detailing and conservation documentationCollaborate to ensure project quality on listed buildings and heritage sitesLiaise with local councils, planning authorities, and consultants to secure consents and approvalsMentor and supervise junior team membersRequired Skills and Experience

Qualified Architect with a conservation background and a minimum of 5 years post-Part III experienceProven experience with conservation projects, including listed buildings and historic sitesThe studio uses Vectorworks, but this isn\''t essential and full training will be providedStrong hand sketching skillsConfident in managing projects independently and handling client relationshipsMinimum of 2 years\'' experience working in the UKPassion for conservation and historical buildingsWhat You Get Back
