Job Overview
Conservation Architect required for a London-based role delivering bespoke residential and heritage projects across all RIBA stages. This position is suited to a technically strong Architect with experience in traditional construction, listed buildings, and project leadership. You will lead projects from concept through completion, coordinating consultants, managing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with UK regulations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead projects across all RIBA stages
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications
• Manage client relationships and communication
• Coordinate consultants and contractors
• Oversee programmes, budgets and delivery

Skills & Experience Required

• Qualified Architect
• Minimum five years post-qualification experience
• Strong residential and traditional construction knowledge
• Experience across all RIBA stages
• Understanding of UK planning and regulations
• Contract administration experience
• Knowledge of procurement routes
• ArchiCAD experience or willingness to learn
• Strong technical detailing skills
• Effective stakeholder coordination skills

Salary & Benefits
Salary of -51,000 - -56,000. Benefits include 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and Christmas leave, paid overtime, professional memberships covered, employee assistance programme, life insurance, hybrid working after probation, and regular team activities and project visits.
