Suitable for an ARB-registered architect with at least five years'' post-qualification experience, the role covers all RIBA stages and combines design development, technical detailing, client engagement and project delivery, with a focus on traditional construction, conservation principles and high-quality residential architecture. Role & Responsibilities Lead projects across all RIBA work stages Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications Manage client relationships throughout project delivery Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders Monitor programmes, budgets and technical compliance You will take ownership from concept through to completion, working independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
