Connected Car Validation Engineer

ASL Technical is currently recruiting for a Connected Car Validation Engineer to join a leading automotive programme on an initial 6-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of connected vehicle and telematics technology, supporting end-to-end validation of connected services used within modern vehicles. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end vehicle validation for connected car services, including testing via mobile apps and smartwatches. Ensure test resources and environments are prepared prior to validation activities. Raise and manage incident tickets within the incident management system and track them through to closure. Follow testing methods and procedures aligned with automotive specifications and regulatory requirements to ensure robust telematics validation. Verify that vehicle-level quality, functionality, and reliability standards are maintained following system changes. Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
