Connect to Work'' Programme Manager

My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Programme Manager for ''Connect to Work'' on a Contract basis. This part-time role (2-3 days per week) will support the Council''s Connect to Work initiative, aiming to deliver improved employability for disabled residents. About the role: Based in Greater London (Hybrid): You will be responsible for leading the contract and performance management for the Prime Contractor delivering the Connect to Work programme.Connect to Work is a new employment programme forming a key strand of the Governments Get Britain Working plans, supporting people to find and keep workWith a focus on tackling economic inactivity and aligning employment, training and health activity together to provide a holistic approachEstablish and maintaining strong partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders from the voluntary and health sector aligning programme to local objectives.About you: You will have the following experiences:Extensive experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersAn understanding of Individual Placement support and/or Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) and the Fidelity Quality Assurance modelsExperience of successful contract management with demonstrative ability to maintain a quality service through performance managementExperience in local authority environmentsWhat''s on offer:Salary: 400- 500 per day, outside IR35 negotiable based on experience please submit your ..... full job details .....
