Position: Conformal Coating OperativeSalary - 25,500 - 28,000Location: Luton Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Conformal Coating Operative to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business in Luton. Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Conformal Coating Operative to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the factory''s function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.Role: Conformal coating of PCBs ensuring all processes are stringently adhered to and any gaps or suggestions for process improvements are made to your immediate supervisorPreparation of solvent based materials in line with manufacturer''s instructionsAbility to accurately identify coating material to ensure correct material used at all timesMasking and de-masking and cleaning, as neededAdherence to work instructionsAccurate setting of temperature controls on ovensMaintenance of accurate production recordsRoutine cleaning and maintenance of toolsCompliance with the company HandS and Quality standards and proceduresAble to programme conformal coating machinesAble to mentor othersExperience/Qualifications: Previous experience of conformal coating in an electronic manufacturer essentialCertification to IPC-A-610 desirableAble to follow Customer DrawingsESD AwarenessAttention to detailTeam PlayerExcellent communication skills Benefits:25 days'' holiday plus bank ..... full job details .....
