This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work within a market-leading international law firm, supporting risk management and compliance across a complex global practice.The RoleWorking as part of the Conflicts team, the Conflicts Analyst will play a key role in identifying, analysing, and resolving conflicts of interest in line with firm policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with partners, associates, and business services teams across jurisdictions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct conflicts checks for new matters, new clients, and lateral hires using internal systems and databasesAnalyse potential legal, commercial, and ethical conflicts and escalate issues where appropriatePrepare clear and concise conflicts reports and recommendations for lawyers and senior stakeholdersSupport ongoing improvements to conflicts processes and risk management proceduresCandidate ProfilePrevious experience in a conflicts, risk, compliance, or related role within a law firm Ability to interpret and apply conflicts rules and firm policiesConfident communicator, able to liaise effectively with senior lawyers and stakeholdersHighly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesFamiliarity with Intapp, other conflicts databases and matter management ..... full job details .....
