The role offers broad international exposure, with regular involvement in complex client and matter intake issues and close collaboration with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.Key responsibilities include:Reviewing proposed new clients and matters to identify potential legal, commercial and reputational conflictsCarrying out detailed research using internal systems and external sources to support risk assessmentsWorking closely with Partners and lawyers to provide practical guidance on conflicts and confidentiality issuesSupporting the assessment of wider risk considerations, including sanctions, financial crime and reputational concernsAdvising on the appropriate use and management of information barriersLiaising with colleagues across the wider Risk and Financial Crime teams on complex or higher-risk mattersCollaborating with international conflicts teams to ensure ..... full job details .....
