Configuration Quality Lead

My client is looking for a Configuration Quality Lead to join them on a 12-month contract. As the Configuration Quality Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring SA and WB Wing MCA deliveries from Broughton meet all Airworthiness and POA standards across the full industrial lifecycle. Leading a high-performing Configuration team, you''ll drive quality excellence, build strong stakeholder relationships, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational and quality performance across the business.Role: Configuration Quality Lead Pay: 21.84 per hour via Umbrella + 20% Shift uplift, inside IR35 Location: Broughton Contract: 12 Months Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, One-week mornings, one-week afternoons (alternating)ResponsibilitiesManage the inspection reports for each MCA delivery for all three programs from BroughtonEnsure all serialised parts are recorded correctly in the CAIR system (SAP PAC)Ensure all the outstanding work orders are recorded in the Chapter 5 to allow the Final Assembly Line to complete the MCA to the customer requirementsEnsure all Wing re-allocations are managed efficiently and effectively in line with relevant processes and proceduresThey will validate the final Assembly Inspection Report (only if Aircraft trained)Ensures that the surveillance activities are adhered to throughout the businessAssures that certification processes are consistently defined and applied within the business by the businessEnsures the ..... full job details .....
