Overview Responsible for leading and improving the Request for Information (RFI) and Field Change Request (FCR) processes, ensuring effective governance, KPI performance, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation within business systems and tools. Key Responsibilities Manage and continuously improve RFI and FCR processes, procedures, metrics, and reporting. Define, monitor, and drive performance against agreed KPIs. Produce regular management reports and present process performance to senior stakeholders. Chair governance and accountability meetings, maintaining action plans and driving improvement initiatives.
