Configuration ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to take ownership of configuration and change management processes across complex Defence programmes. This management-level role ensures compliance, integrity, and traceability of engineering data in a highly regulated environment.The Role:You will lead configuration management activities across the full product lifecycle, defining and governing processes that ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with customer requirements. Acting as a key interface between engineering, quality, and project management, you will drive consistency, maintain control of baselines, and lead change management across multi-disciplinary teams.About You:Proven experience in configuration management within Defence, Aerospace, or other highly regulated industries.Experience managing configuration teams or leading CM activities at programme level.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Why Join Us?You’ll be part of an organisation delivering cutting-edge Defence programmes with real impact on national security.
