Configuration Manager Pitstone, Hertfordshire Inside IR35 6 monthsBased onsite in Pitstone, you will be at the heart of configuration management activities, ensuring project data is accurately controlled and maintained throughout the product lifecycle. As a key member of the team, you will oversee the management of configuration items within the company''s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool, working closely with stakeholders and the UK Configuration Management Leader to maintain data integrity, traceability, and compliance.Key responsibilities and dutiesConfiguration Planning and management - Create a Configuration Management plan (CMP) to guide the CM programConfiguration Identification - Define and manage CIs within a project or product and establish baselines for documentation, specifications, drawings, and software.Configuration Control - Implement and administer change control procedures, review and coordinate change requests (Engineering Change Requests/Orders) and ensure all changes are documented, assessed, and approved.Configuration Status Accounting - Maintain accurate records of configuration data, baselines, and changes and produce reports that provide traceability and status of all configuration items.Configuration Audits - plan and conduct configuration audits to verify compliance with requirements and ensure that products conform to their documented standards and baselines.RequirementsMinimum 5 years Configuration Management experience in a rigorous ..... full job details .....
