Configuration Engineer

Are you a pro-active and enthusiastic professional with experience in Configuration Management? Our client is looking for someone to work with SAP 500 to progress and agree modifications, interfacing with stakeholders across various business functions to discharge Configuration Management processes and activities. You will own the responsibility for achieving accurate configuration data from the point of requirement identification, definition, design through to operational implementation, ensuring the integrity of the product design.Key Responsibilities:Drive the achievement of configuration deliverables, including configuration management plans and other documentationManage and monitor change requests and change collectors, ensuring timely progression from initiation to operational implementationDeliver Configuration Management reports and management information, including status reports, KPIs, and trackersAct as the point of contact at internal and external customer meetingsProvide technical support to functional areas to control the modification state of the product and its support equipmentJob Requirements:Knowledge of, or experience in, configuration management principles and processesProficiency in SAPAbility to prioritise and manage your own workloadStrong interpersonal, facilitation, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skillsHigh concern for detail and qualityHigh degree of IT literacy, particularly in Excel and Power BI ..... full job details .....
