The opportunity From day one, you will be working on your own conference programme - identifying the key commercial issues shaping your sector and bringing them to life through a compelling agenda and a strong speaker line-up. What you will be doing Researching and analysing industries to identify trends and opportunities Writing and validating creative conference agendas Sourcing and securing speakers Networking, building relationships and industry knowledge for long term development of conferences Project management and contributing to team briefing What we are looking for We''re looking for a Conference Producer with up to a year''s experience in production or a similar office based role with transferable skills such as: recruitment, marketing, sales etc. An enthusiastic and motivated individual A graduate with a strong academic background 6-12 months in conference production or previous transferable work experience Experience of working in an office Proven critical thinking and analytical ability is essential The ability to work independently and as part of a team Outstanding written and spoken ..... full job details .....
