The Job RoleTo manage the hotel meetings and events sales team ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all timesThe experienced conference and events office manager will drive and motivate the team and complete all trainingReview business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targetsThe conference and events office manager will be responsible for completing the meetings and events forecast and achieving budget

The RequirementsThe ideal experienced Conference and events office manager will have previous experience within a hotel meetings and events sales departmentTo ensure the sales team are maximising sales conversion of all enquiries and new buisness achievedResponsible for leading and motivating a reactive sales team to ensure maximum revenueTo update weekly forecasting at set appropriate strategiesThe conference and events office manager will build and maintain an excellent team to deliver the best serviceCreate a fun working environment for the sales office and develop team members
