The Grand Connaught Rooms have a vacancy for a Conference and Events Operations Manager to join the Management Team.

The space based in Holborn boasts 37 function rooms from the grand ball room swelling to 750 pax to The pantry Cafe for more intimate events and drinks receptions for 1500 people.
The role would offer the responsibility for C&E and F&B staff whilst overseeing functions and events from initial show rounds and menu tastings to daily events.
Liaising with the Operations Manager and Exe Head Chef to ensure all runs smooth and to plan.
Onus on financials, training, recruitment, staffing and rotering as well as assisting HR with performance reviews et al.
