Job PurposeThe Stock Condition Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive surveys and assessments of the Council''s housing stock. The role will involve inspecting properties to assess their overall condition, identifying potential health and safety hazards, and undertaking energy assessments in accordance with relevant standards and legislation.The successful candidate will work independently, managing their own diary of appointments and ensuring that surveys are completed accurately, efficiently and to the required timescales.Key Responsibilities Carry out stock condition surveys and inspections of the Council''s housing stock.
