Concrete Supervisor

Concrete Supervisor - Precast Concrete Location: Colnbrook SL3 We are looking for an experienced Concrete Supervisor to oversee the production of precast concrete panels ready for dispatch to customer sites. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production of precast/prefab concrete panels. Ensure quality, safety, and production targets are met. Manage and motivate production staff. Carry out inspections and ensure products meet specifications. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules. Requirements: Proven supervisory experience within a concrete or precast concrete manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of concrete production, reinforcement, moulds, and curing processes. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Good leadership and communication skills. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Construction, Manufacturing, or related field.
