Concrete Supervisor

Kilnbridge is hiring working Concrete Supervisors to join our team working on a long-term infrastructure project at Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering on a major UK project.

Concrete Supervisor (Working) – Heathrow Airport Project

Location: Heathrow Airport

Duration: 18 months

Contract: PAYE

Pay rate: £22-24 Per hour  

Hours: 47.5 hrs/week (paid)

Overtime: Available as project progresses

Start: 03/11/2025

Responsibilities:

• Lead and work alongside concrete operatives on site
• Ensure all concrete works meet design and safety specifications
• Manage materials, productivity, and reporting
• Participate in hands-on activities as needed

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Experience supervising concrete works
• Strong understanding of concrete techniques
• Gold CSCS (Supervisor Level) and SSSTS 
• Dry packing experience
