Job Title: Concrete Repairer Location: Caerphilly Salary : Up to £42,000 Job Summary: A skilled and experienced Concrete Repairer is required to undertake a variety of concrete repair works, ensuring high-quality results in line with industry standards. The role involves repairing defective concrete, performing resin injections, working in confined spaces, and carrying out structural waterproofing and damp-proofing solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in concrete repairs, brickwork restoration, and site surveys, demonstrating expertise in modern repair techniques and materials. Key Responsibilities: Concrete Repairs: Execute effective long-term solutions for repairing defective concrete using high-quality materials and industry-approved techniques to ensure durability and longevity. Resin Injection: Carry out resin injection works both above and below ground, applying water-stopping solutions in challenging environments. Confined Space Works: Perform high-risk tasks in confined spaces, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Structural Waterproofing and Damp Proofing: Implement waterproofing and damp-proofing solutions for below-ground structures, while also identifying and preventing water ingress issues above ground.
