In this hands-on role, you will support the safe and efficient production of ready-mixed concrete, operating plant equipment and ensuring materials are produced to the required standards.You will work as part of a team, following strict health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor concrete plant equipment to ensure efficient productionCarry out digging out and cleaning of the mixer and plant areas as requiredReceive, check, and manage raw materials such as aggregates, cement, and additivesCarry out routine plant checks and basic maintenance tasksEnsure concrete mixes meet required specifications and quality standardsLoad and dispatch ready-mixed concrete safely and accuratelyMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment, including housekeeping of mixer and surrounding areasFollow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and site rulesReport faults, defects, or safety concerns promptly to ..... full job details .....
