Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Concrete Plant Operative to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will support the safe and efficient production of ready-mixed concrete, operating plant equipment and ensuring materials are produced to the required quality standards. You will work as part of a team, following strict health, safety and environmental procedures at all times. Key Responsibilities Operate and control mobile concrete batching plants in line with production schedules Accurately batch materials to meet approved concrete mix design specifications Monitor plant performance, moisture content, slump and production output to ensure consistent product quality Carry out routine plant inspections and basic preventative maintenance checks Adjust plant settings to maintain product quality, consistency and operational efficiency Record production data, stock levels, delivery documentation and quality control results accurately Coordinate with quarry operatives, drivers and site supervisors to ensure efficient operations Ensure ..... full job details .....
