In this hands-on role, you will support the safe and efficient production of ready-mixed concrete, operating plant equipment and ensuring materials are produced to the required quality standards.You will work as part of a team, following strict health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and control mobile concrete batching plants in line with production schedulesAccurately batch materials to meet approved concrete mix design specificationsMonitor plant performance, moisture content, slump and production output to ensure consistent product qualityCarry out routine plant inspections and basic preventative maintenance checksAdjust plant settings to maintain product quality, consistency and operational efficiencyRecord production data, stock levels, delivery documentation and quality control results accuratelyCoordinate with quarry operatives, drivers and site supervisors to ensure efficient operationsEnsure compliance with ..... full job details .....
